Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling contracts, such as a contract for work, a purchase contract, or other similar agreements you enter into with us. Your personal data is processed upon receipt of your service request and subsequently for pricing, contract conclusion, and contract performance.

Additionally, we process personal data to protect our rights and legitimate interests, particularly in enforcing claims related to defective performance, quality guarantees, or obligations under the Civil Code. We may also process personal data for the recovery of unpaid invoices or contractual fees.

Furthermore, we process personal data to comply with legal obligations under the Accounting Act, the Income Tax Act, and the Value Added Tax Act.

Personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes.

To fulfil the above purposes, we process the following personal data:

Retention Period for Personal Data

We retain personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract and any applicable quality guarantees. If payment obligations remain outstanding, we will retain the data until the full settlement of the amount due.

In compliance with legal requirements, we store tax-related documents for 10 years from the end of the relevant tax period, as mandated by the Accounting Act, the Income Tax Act, and the Value Added Tax Act.

Categories of Recipients of Personal Data

We are legally required to disclose customers' personal data to relevant state authorities responsible for tax administration. In the event of a legal dispute, personal data may also be shared with the competent court.

Under the Regulation, customers have the right to:

  • Request rectification of inaccurate personal data (Article 16)
  • Request erasure of personal data under specific conditions (Article 17)
